Grilled Chicken and Vegetables

When choosing vegetables at the grocery shop, you should look for bright colours as these vegetables will be fresh and healthy.

Grilled chicken and vegetables

  • Deboned chicken breasts
  • Chopped garlic cloves
  • Mix of vegetables

Cook the vegetables by boiling them in boiling water for a short while. I used baby marrows, carrots and red pepper in this recipe. Grill the chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic and spices of your choice. Add lettuce, tomatoes and olives to add some greens to your meal.
