Salmon on Couscous

Salmon is quite lean (low in saturated fats) and contains essential oils for your body. Couscous is full of fibre and energy for your sports activities.

Salmon on Couscous

  • Salmon fillets
  • Box of couscous
  • Tomatoes
  • Various spices

Lightly fry or grill the salmon fillets in olive oil for a few seconds. To make the couscous you can follow the instructions on the box. It is usually cooked by empting the couscous into a pot of boiling chicken stock for a few minutes. I add a couple of spices to make the couscous more flavourful.
