  • Whole grains, especially brown rice and millet
  • Plenty of fruit
  • Cold-pressed, unsaturated raw oil in small amounts: make salad dressing with lemon juice

  • Sugar
  • Anything fried
  • Meat, poultry and dairy foods
  • Citrus, except a little lemon juice on salads
  • Refined grains, such as white flour products
  • Caffeinated drinks
